Coaching Elevated builds on core coaching behaviors by expanding your ability to coach in more complex and dynamic contexts. You will strengthen your presence, listening, and responsiveness while learning to navigate deeper client patterns, perspectives, and challenges. The curriculum integrates advanced frameworks and approaches to expand how you partner with clients while maintaining a client-led coaching approach.
Beyond coaching conversations, the program focuses on applying coaching in broader contexts, including organizational environments and independent practice. You will refine your positioning, develop your coaching approach, and strengthen how you design, communicate, and deliver coaching engagements—supporting the development of a more defined and sustainable coaching practice.
The program includes all of the educational and mentoring requirements that can be used to apply for the ICF PCC credential.

- 7 hours group mentor coaching
- 3 hours 1:1 mentor coaching
- Performance evaluation
- Duration: 27 modules | ~6.5 months
- The program includes all of the educational and mentoring requirements that can be used to apply for the ICF PCC credential
Target Audience
- New to coaching with little to no experience
- Experienced coaches wanting to qualify for an ICF credential

Prerequisites:
- Minimum high school diploma/GED OR minimum number of professional work hours (i.e. 4000 hours)
- Proficient in English
- Proficient in the use of technology for online learning
