Overview:
In the Coaching Elevated program, you will learn advanced coaching skills to connect with your client on higher levels, evoke deeper awareness, and inspire transformation. Using our threefold approach, you will LEARN how to incorporate and demonstrate the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Core Competencies at a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) level into your coaching conversations. You will DISCOVER and maximize your potential through personal growth, develop your unique coaching style, and role-model the values and practice of coaching. And you will start to ENVISION your future opportunities in the coaching profession.
*The program also includes all of the educational and mentoring requirements that can be used to apply for the ICF PCC credential.
Coaching Elevated includes 27 modules that cover the following topics through the lens of the ICF Core Competencies:

The program also includes the following requirements that can be used to apply for the ICF PCC credential:
- 10 hours of mentor coaching: 7 hours group and 3 hours one-on-one
- 6 coaching observations
- Performance evaluation
- Optional coaching hours to apply toward your required 500 hours
You will earn the Trio Professional Coaching Certificate and become a Trio Professional Certified Coach (TPCC)

Target audience:
- New to coaching with little to no experience
- Experienced coaches wanting to qualify for an ICF credential

Prerequisites:
- Minimum high school diploma/GED OR minimum number of professional work hours (i.e. 4000 hours)
- Proficient in English
- Proficient in the use of technology for online learning
