Develop as a coach with practice, reflection, and real conversations—not just theory.
Impactful coaching comes from developing core coaching capability, deepening self-awareness, and applying your skills in real-world contexts.
Our threefold approach helps you learn and practice the ICF Core Competencies, develop greater self-awareness, and apply coaching in real-world contexts to support your professional and practice-based goals.
Our programs are built to support your full path to ICF credentialing—not just your training.
Our Approach
A different approach to coaching development.
Most coaching programs focus on frameworks and completing training requirements.
Coaching is not built through theory alone—it is developed through practice.
At Trio, you develop how you show up as a coach—strengthening presence, awareness, and responsiveness in real conversations, while progressing toward ICF credentialing.
What Is Coaching?
Coaching is defined by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.” Read more about the ICF.
At Trio, we develop coaches to apply this definition in real conversations—building the presence, awareness, and capability required for effective coaching.
