Enabling Growth and Transformation Through Our High-Quality Education Experience
Impactful coaching comes from developing core coaching capability, deepening self-awareness, and applying your skills in real-world contexts.
Our threefold approach ensures you build and demonstrate ICF-aligned coaching behaviors through practice, strengthen your self-awareness, and apply your coaching in real-world contexts to support your professional growth and practice-based goals.
Our Approach
A different approach to coaching development.
Coaching is not built through theory alone.
It develops through practice, reflection, and real conversations.
Through this work, coaches don’t just learn new skills—they change how they show up.
They strengthen their presence, awareness, and ability to respond in the moment.
Most coaching programs focus on frameworks, tools, and completing certification requirements.
Trio Coaching Academy focuses on how you apply coaching in real conversations—so you continue developing beyond certification.
