Meet the Trio Team
Learn from Experienced Coaches at Every Stage of Your Journey
One of the biggest advantages of learning with Trio Coaching Academy is that your experience isn't built around a single instructor.
Throughout your program, you'll learn from a diverse team of experienced ICF-credentialed coaches who each bring unique expertise to your development. From classroom instruction and mentor coaching to coaching supervision, every member of our faculty plays a distinct role in helping you become a confident, capable, and ethical coach.
Whether you're learning the ICF Core Competencies, refining your coaching skills through feedback, or reflecting on your growth as a practitioner, our team is here to support your development every step of the way.
Founding Team
Creating the vision behind Trio Coaching Academy
The Trio founders designed every aspect of our curriculum, learning experience, and educational philosophy. Together they combine expertise in coaching, instructional design, leadership development, higher education, healthcare, entrepreneurship, and organizational leadership to create a well-rounded coach education experience.

Instructors
Learn the Fundamentals. Practice the Skills.
Our instructors facilitate live classes throughout the program, creating engaging learning experiences that help students understand and apply the ICF Core Competencies. They guide discussions, demonstrate coaching concepts, answer questions, facilitate practice activities, and help students connect classroom learning to real coaching conversations.
Every instructor prepares extensively by understanding how their session fits within the overall curriculum, reviewing student discussions, and ensuring a consistent learning experience across the program.

Mentor Coaches
Turn Knowledge into Coaching Excellence
Learning coaching competencies is only the beginning. Mentor coaching helps you integrate those competencies into your own coaching practice.
Your mentor coach reviews recorded coaching sessions, provides individualized feedback aligned with the ICF Core Competencies, helps you recognize strengths and growth opportunities, and partners with you to develop your unique coaching style. Mentor coaching is also an important component of ICF credentialing and ongoing professional development.
At Trio, mentor coaching is personalized, evidence-based, and designed to help you grow with confidence.

Coaching Supervisors
Reflect on Who You Are as a Coach
Coaching supervision extends beyond coaching skills to support your continued professional and personal development.
While mentor coaching focuses primarily on coaching competencies and performance, coaching supervision creates space to reflect on your coaching identity, ethical decision-making, client relationships, systems, and overall impact as a coach. It is an opportunity to deepen your self-awareness and strengthen your effectiveness as a coaching professional.
A Team Dedicated to Your Success
From your first class to submitting your ICF credential application, you'll be supported by a collaborative team of experienced coaching professionals. Together, our faculty brings expertise in leadership, executive coaching, healthcare, higher education, organizational development, instructional design, entrepreneurship, and mentor coaching—providing a rich learning experience built on diverse perspectives.
