Coaching Programs & Services
Learn and practice the ICF Core Competencies, develop your coaching skills through mentor coaching and structured feedback, and apply coaching in real-world contexts while progressing toward ICF credentialing.
Our Approach
Coaching development is not just about learning frameworks—it’s about how you apply coaching in real conversations.
Each program combines coaching practice, mentor coaching, observations, developmental feedback, coaching tools, and reflection to help you build confidence and consistency as a coach.
Built to Get You Credentialed
Coaching education is only part of the process.
Trio is designed to support you through credentialing—not leave you to navigate it alone.
Every program includes a structured Path to ICF Credentialing module, and all alumni have access to ongoing office hours and live Q&A sessions to support them as they prepare and submit their application.
You apply directly through the ICF—but you won’t be figuring it out on your own
Understanding Coaching & ICF Credentials
Coaching is defined by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.”
The ICF is the leading global organization for professional coaching and offers three primary credentials:
- ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC)
- ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC)
- ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC)
These credentials reflect your level of training, coaching experience, and demonstrated application of ICF Core Competencies.
Coaches complete their education through training programs and then apply to the ICF for their credential.
Trio Coaching Academy provides the education and mentor coaching required to apply for ICF ACC and PCC credentials—preparing you to meet ICF standards in real coaching contexts.
