A foundational coaching program designed to build coaching capability, develop core behaviors, and strengthen application through structured practice and guided exercises.
Coaching Foundations focuses on helping you learn and consistently apply core coaching behaviors in real conversations. You will learn how to structure coaching engagements, support clients in clarifying goals and outcomes, and build confidence in how you listen, respond, and guide the conversation. The curriculum is grounded in the ICF Core Competencies and emphasizes practical application through structured exercises and reflection.
In addition to developing coaching capability, the program introduces how coaching is applied within professional contexts, including internal roles and early-stage independent practice. You will begin to strengthen how you position coaching, engage clients, and translate coaching skills into real-world use.
The program includes all of the educational and mentoring requirements that can be used to apply for the ICF ACC credential.
