Coaching Foundations
ICF ACC-Aligned Pathway
Coaching Foundations is designed to help you build foundational coaching capability through structured coaching conversations, practical coaching tools, mentor coaching, coaching business foundations, and real-time application. You will learn and practice the ICF Core Competencies, ethics, and PCC markers while developing confidence facilitating coaching conversations, structuring coaching engagements, and applying coaching across workplace, leadership, and professional settings.
The program includes all of the educational and mentoring requirements that can be used to apply for the ICF ACC credential, including a dedicated Path to ICF Credentialing module and ongoing support to navigate the application process.
Program Highlights

Program Details

- Location: 100% virtual, live classroom and self-paced learning
- Dates: September 14 - December 21, 2026
- Virtual Live Classes: 7:00–9:30 PM ET / 4:00–6:30 PM PT
- Hours: 79 hours of education, including:
- 7 hours group mentor coaching
- 3 hours 1:1 mentor coaching
- Duration: 15 weeks
- Weekly commitment: 5 total: 2.5h live (virtual) + 2.5h async
- Accreditation: ICF Level 1 (ACC pathway)

Prerequisites
- Minimum high school diploma/GED OR minimum number of professional work hours (i.e. 4000 hours)
