Coaching Accelerated is designed to be a focused and efficient pathway to ICF PCC-level coaching. It is specifically for coaches who already have an ICF ACC credential or who have completed an ICF-accredited Level 1 program. 

You will move through a structured curriculum designed to deepen core coaching behaviors, strengthen real-time application, and expand your ability to coach across a broader range of client needs and contexts. The program emphasizes consistent demonstration of ICF Core Competencies at the PCC level, with development grounded in practice, feedback, and integration. 

This pathway builds on your existing training and credential to include the advanced education and mentor coaching hours required to apply for the ICF PCC credential.

  • Hours: 79 hours of education, including:  
    • 7 hours group mentor coaching  
    • 3 hours 1:1 mentor coaching  
    • Performance evaluation   
  •  Duration: 15 weeks  
  • Accreditation: Accelerated ICF Level 2 (PCC pathway)  


Target Audience  

  • Coaches with an ICF ACC credential or completed ICF accredited Level 1 program 
  • Experienced coaches wanting to uplevel their coaching knowledge and skills   


Prerequisites 

  • Minimum high school diploma/GED OR minimum number of professional work hours (i.e. 4000 hours)   
  • Proficient in English   
  • Proficient in the use of technology for online learning   
  • ICF ACC credential or completed ICF-accredited Level 1 program (certificate required)
