Coaching Accelerated
ICF PCC Pathway (For ACC / Level 1 Coaches)
Coaching Accelerated is designed for coaches who already hold an ACC credential or completed an ICF-accredited Level 1 program and want to accelerate their coaching development through strengthening application of the ICF Core Competencies, learning to apply PCC markers through advanced mentor coaching and expanded coaching practice, and continuing their coaching business development.
The program includes all of the educational and mentoring requirements that can be used to apply for the ICF PCC credential, including a dedicated Path to ICF Credentialing module and ongoing support to navigate the application process.

Program Details
- Language: English
- Location: 100% virtual, live classroom and self-paced learning
- Dates: September 14 - December 21, 2026
- Virtual Live Classes: 7:00–9:30 PM ET / 4:00–6:30 PM PT
- Hours: 79 hours of education, including:
- 7 hours group mentor coaching
- 3 hours 1:1 mentor coaching
- Duration: 15 weeks
- Weekly commitment: 5 total: 2.5h live (virtual) + 2.5h async
- Accreditation: Accelerated ICF Level 2 (PCC pathway)

Prerequisites
- Minimum high school diploma/GED OR minimum number of professional work hours (i.e. 4000 hours)
- Proficient in English
- Proficient in the use of technology for online learning
- ICF ACC credential or completed ICF-accredited Level 1 program (certificate required)
