The Coaching Practice Intensive focuses on strengthening how you listen, respond, and evoke awareness by integrating a variety of established coaching frameworks into your work. It is designed to support your professional development beyond foundational coaching skills.

- Educational hours:
- 55 hours of advanced coach education
- 45 hours of core competency education
- 22 hours of synchronous core competency education
Target Audience
- Experienced coaches wanting to up level their coaching knowledge and skills
Prerequisites
- Minimum high school diploma/GED OR minimum number of professional work hours (i.e. 4000 hours)
- Proficient in English
- Proficient in the use of technology for online learning
- This is not a foundational or introductory program, coaching experience required
