Coaching Elevated

ICF PCC-Aligned Pathway (Comprehensive) 

Coaching Elevated is a comprehensive coaching development program designed to combine foundational coaching skills, PCC-aligned coaching application, advanced coaching methodologies, and coaching business development into one integrated pathway. Participants learn advanced coaching frameworks and apply coaching across individual, organizational, stakeholder-informed, and introductory group coaching contexts. 

The program includes all of the educational and mentoring requirements that can be used to apply for the ICF PCC credential, including a dedicated Path to ICF Credentialing module and ongoing support to navigate the application process. 

Program Highlights 

  • Learn and practice the ICF Core Competencies, ethics, and PCC markers 
  • Practice coaching structure, listening, questioning, accountability, growth conversations, and advanced coaching application 
  • Learn to apply coaching tools including SMART Goals, Powerful Questions, Levels of Listening, Coaching Agreements, Feedback Loops, and advanced coaching methodologies 
  • Learn to apply advanced coaching frameworks including Motivational Interviewing, Logical Levels, the Transtheoretical Model of Change, Emotional Intelligence, Mental Fitness, Nonviolent Communication (NVC), Appreciative Inquiry, and Values & Identity Exploration 
  • Participate in advanced coaching demonstrations, mentor coaching, observations, and PCC-level developmental feedback 
  • Receive introductory exposure to stakeholder-informed, group, team, organizational, and more complex coaching contexts 
  • Build confidence in coaching conversations, coaching positioning, client engagement, coaching methodology, offers, pricing, systems, and coaching business development 



Program Details 

  • Language: English 
  • Location: 100% virtual, live classroom and self-paced learning 
  • Dates: September 14, 2026 - April 5, 2027
  • Virtual Live Classes: 7:00–9:30 PM ET / 4:00–6:30 PM PT
  • Hours: 136 hours of education, including: 
    • 7 hours group mentor coaching  
    • 3 hours 1:1 mentor coaching 
  • Duration: 27 weeks
  • Weekly commitment: 5 total: 2.5h live (virtual) + 2.5h async

  • Participate in advanced coaching demonstrations, mentor coaching, and observations

  • Receive in-depth PCC-level developmental feedback through mentor coaching and observations 
  • Strengthen consistency, flexibility, responsiveness, and depth in coaching conversations 
  • Continue developing coaching capability and advanced coaching application over 27 weeks 

 

Coaching Practice & Business Development 

  • Explore how coaching is applied across workplace, organizational, and professional settings 
  • Build and strengthen confidence facilitating coaching conversations across a range of coaching situations 
  • Develop and refine coaching positioning, branding, client engagement, coaching offers, and market differentiation concepts

Prerequisites:

  • Minimum high school diploma/GED OR minimum number of professional work hours (i.e. 4000 hours)
